Abstract:

It is an innovative method to produce high efficiency solar cells, which relates to the process for high efficiency solar cells. In this process either oxide phosphorus (or) SiO2 phosphorus latex can be screen print on the P type wafer directly. These screen printed phosphorus source wafers processed using conventional process of POCL3 diffusion to form N+N high and low junction at the same time.

After that, the regular solar cell process sequence of edge Isolation, PSG, PECVD, Metallization and Firing/Sintering process carried out as usual. It is no need to produce SiO2 for shielding, and engraving thin and thick two time phosphorous source, it can also avoid the process of Oxidation, Laser Engraving and two times of diffusion.

The same innovative process can also produce N+N homogeneous high and low junction, to achieve our purpose of obtaining high efficiency cells with only one time diffusion process.
